Mailing Requirements for Writing

Your materials packet must include the following:
  • Writing Submission - you must label each individual page with your YoungArts ID BARCODE ONLY, and not with your name. (You receive your ID BARCODE once you have completed the registration process.) DO NOT INCLUDE YOUR NAME OR ANY OTHER PERSONAL INFORMATION.
  • Personal Information Form - click here to download the form, fill out, and include with your packet.
  • Please label the outside of your mailing envelope listing your YoungArts ID BARCODE with your return address. If you wish to participate in more than one category, please submit each in a separate envelope.
Your return address must look like this:

Mail your audition/portfolio materials to:

It is not necessary, but recommended, to use an overnight mailing service so you can track your package. However, if you choose to use a service such as Federal Express, UPS or USPS overnight, the outermost envelope must include your YoungArts ID BARCODE.

How do you know we received it?
Once we have received and processed your YoungArts submission packet you will receive an email confirming that your packet was received. If you do not receive notification within three weeks of mailing, please contact us at 800-970-2787(ARTS).

Keep a copy!
Please note that your materials cannot be returned so we strongly recommend you keep a copy for your records.

No responsibility can be assumed by NFAA for loss of, or damage to, submission packets.
